Fountain drinks
McDonald’s fountains typically pour Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, Sprite, Dr Pepper, Fanta Orange, Hi-C Orange Lavaburst, Sweet Tea and unsweetened iced tea. All fountain drinks in the same size are usually the same price, so the only thing that changes is the calories: a medium Coke has about 200, while a medium Diet Coke has zero.
Smoothies and juice
The Strawberry Banana and Mango Pineapple smoothies are blended with low fat yogurt, and Minute Maid Orange Juice is 100% juice. They cost more than soda but have no caffeine and some real fruit.
Cheapest drinks at McDonald’s
- Small fountain drink or Sweet Tea: about $1.59.
- Small Premium Roast Coffee: about $1.89.
- Free water cups are available on request at most restaurants.
